CORSI SICUREZZA LAVORATORI IN LINGUA INGLESE - PARTE SPECIFICA / SAFETY COURSES FOR WORKERS - SPECIFIC PART
L’art. 37 del D. Lgs. 81/08 prevede che il Datore di lavoro provveda alla formazione di tutti i suoi lavoratori, secondo i contenuti e la durata previsti dall’Accordo Stato Regioni.
In particolare, l’accordo prevede che la Formazione sulla Sicurezza dei Lavoratori abbia durata variabile in funzione del settore di appartenenza dell’azienda e sia composta da un modulo di carattere “generale” e un modulo di carattere “specifico”.
Section 37 of LD 81/08 requires employers to provide training for all their workers, in accordance with the contents and duration laid down in the Agreement between State and Regions.
In particular, the agreement requires a variable duration for Training of Workers on Safety, depending on the sector to which the company belongs to, while still providing a "general" and a "specific" module.
